I couldn't believe my luck when I arrived at this charming hotel! The interior had a relaxing and homely atmosphere that instantly made me feel comfortable. The owners were cute and went out of their way to assist me. Plus, the location was perfect, with the train station and all the popular tourist spots just a short walk away. The value for money was really good compared to other central hotels. I highly recommend this hotel for its charm, hospitality, and convenience.

Nothing to complain about at all.

This hotel in Florence really exceeded my expectations. Firstly, the location was perfect - just a short walk from the train station and close to the Santa Maria Novella train station. It made getting around the city a breeze. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms may have been basic, but they were clean and tidy with daily housekeeping. And the fact that some rooms opened out onto their terrace where you could enjoy breakfast was a delightful bonus. Lastly, the staff were friendly and helpful, providing helpful information and even serving coffee on the rooftop terrace.

All was great, nothing to complain about.

During my Easter stay, I loved how friendly and helpful the staff were. They provided a map with all the top sightseeing places in the area, a nice touch. The hotel also had a great location, within walking distance of trains, buses, and museums. I really enjoyed spending time on the patio, where I could sit, relax, and enjoy a glass of wine after a long day of exploring.

One downside was the noise from the street when trying to sleep with the windows open. It could get quite loud at times, a bit difficult to get a good night's rest.
